· Managed most of the BD and sales for my Department as well as some sales for the Geotechnical and
Environmental Departments.

· Did an average of over $350,000.00 in sales with an average profit margin of over 30%. A few month sales
exceeded $500,000.00 with profit margins reaching above 45%.
· Did most of the HR within the CS/NDE Department and focused on the training, certification and retaining
the best employees.
· Reviewed daily all the proposals and prepared some of the ones that were sent out of the CS/NDE and
Geotechnical Departments
· Kept with the lab accreditation and the calibration of the lab equipment.
· Reviewed all the change orders and prepared the ones in excess of $100,000.00
· Hired and supervised subcontractors and retained vendors.
· Devoted on average about 20% of an average of 60-hour work weeks on collections and collected most of the
Department’s invoices and even helped other departments in collecting their outstanding invoices.

Managed and directed the construction division of this general contracting firm. The company was involved in
diversified civil engineering projects ranging in price from $50,000.00 to $6,000,000.00. The projects involved
sites preparation, the construction of sewage and water supply pipelines, Irrigation channels, multi-story
reinforced concrete and masonry residential and commercial buildings ranging in area from 5000-100,000 square
